Superintendent: Let my cry come near before thee, O’Lord: Give me understanding according to thy word.
School: Let my supplication come before thee: deliver me according to thy word.
Superintendent: My Lips shall utter praise when thou hast taught me thy statues.
School: My tongue shall speak of thy word for all thy commandments are righteousness.
Superintendent: Let thine hand help me, for I have chosen they precepts.
School: I have longed for they salvation, O Lord; and thy Law is my delight.
Superintendent: Let my soul live and it shall praise thee: and let they judgement help me.
School: I have kept they precepts and thy testimonies: for all my ways are before thee.
Superintendent: Teach me, O Lord, the way of Thy statutes; and I shall keep it unto the end.
School: Give me understanding, and I shall keep Thy law: yea, I shall observe it with my whole heart.
Superintendent: Make me to go in the path of Thy commandments, for therein do I delight.
School: Incline my heart unto Thy testimonies, and not to covetousness.
Superintendent: Turn away my eyes from beholding vanity, and quicken thou me in Thy way.
School: Stablish Thy word unto Thy servant, who is devoted to Thy fear.
Superintendent: Turn away my reproach from which I fear; for Thy judgements are good.
School: Behold, I have longed after Thy precepts; quicken me in Thy righteousness.
Superintendent: Wherewithal shall a young man cleanse his way? By taking heed thereto according to Thy word.
School: My son, forget not my law, but let thine heart keep my commandments.
Superintendent: For length of days, and long life, and peace, shall they add to thee.
School: Let not mercy and truth forsake thee; bind them about thy neck; write them upon the table of thine heart.
Superintendent: So shalt thou find favor and good understanding in the sight of God and man
School: Trust in the Lord with all thy heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.
All: In all thy ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct thy paths.
